Shopping: Siam Square is the city’s shopping zone. Although not as upscale as the Chidlom/Ploenchit area, there are probably more shops, boutiques, kiosks, cinemas, and restaurants in this compact area than anywhere else in the city.
Bonanza Mall One of the teenager havens in Siam Square to shop their clothes, cosmetics and accessories. Most are for teenager from bargain to moderate prize. Located across the street from Mah Boon Krong (MBK), and connected by a sky bridge on the 2nd floor.

Mah Boon Krong (MBK) Located on the corner of Phayathai and Rama I road. Mah Boon Krong (MBK) is like a giant indoor market and has it all. There are more stores, shops, tailor, booths, and kiosks than you can count. The 6th floor also has cinemas and bowling. The third floor has hundreds of counters with electronic and mobile phone accessories. Elsewhere you will find any clothing accessory you could imagine.

BTS Siam Square Station
Siam Paragon is an upscale shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand. Opened in December 2006, it includes a wide range of stores and restaurants as well as a multiplex movie theatre and the Siam Ocean World aquarium.
The Paragon Department Store comprises 50,000 square meters. Another 40,000 square meters are devoted to retail shops selling luxury brand apparel, jewellery, electronics, musical instruments, audio equipment, sporting goods and automobiles, as well as a Kinokuniya book store.
The Gourmet Market is an 8,000 square meters grocery stores on the lower level of the shopping center. It is adjacent to a food court area that has a wide range of restaurants and food stalls.

Located at the basement of Siam Paragon, Siam Ocean World is biggest aquarium in Southeast Asia. The entrance fee to the aquarium for children is 280 Baht and 450 Baht for adults. Jim Thompson's Museum
This exquisite collection of traditional Thai house stands as a museum to the man who revived the Thai silk industry after the Second World War.
The story of James H.W. Thompson is one upon legends are made. After serving in the U.S.A. armed forces, Jim Thompson settled in Thailand and found the tremendous opportunity to re-establish the Thai silk industry. In recognition of his services to the country, he was bestowed the royal award of The Order of the White Elephant.
The company he founded, Jim Thompson Thai Silk, is recognized worldwide for its brilliant creations.
He was an avid collector of Asian artifacts and antiques and The Jim Thompson's House is possibly the epitome of his collection.
Before his mysterious disappearance in the Cameron Highland in Malaysia in 1967, his house was the talk of the town where he entertained his friends and visitors including the like of Somerset Maugham.
The house sits on approximately a half acre of land on Mahanak Canal. Ban Khrua village where his silk weavers lived and worked. Is just on the other side of the canal. To build the house he gathered 6 original traditional teak structure from different parts of the country and brought carpenter from Ayutthaya who completed the house in 1959.
The gardens are equally impressive with a lush tropical jungle imitating nature's haphazard beauty right in the center of the city.
Jim Thompsons connoisseur collection of antiques and artifacts is on permanent exhibition, making this a magnificent museum of the lifestyle of the legend.
